Is this a guaranteed rent-to-own program?
No. Every applicant is subject to review. If approved, rent-to-own terms are documented in a separate written agreement.
Will part of my rent automatically become equity?
No assumption should be made. Any rental credit, purchase price, option payment or ownership credit must be specifically stated in the written agreement.
Does ENZO'S provide DOT or MC authority?
No. The renter is responsible for required DOT, MC, permits, registrations, licenses and regulatory compliance.
Can I take the vehicle outside North Carolina?
Advance written notice and ENZO'S approval are required for interstate or international use. Additional insurance, permits and compliance requirements may apply.
